Our standard timeframe is 4-6 weeks. At Dallas Jameson, we believe in the principle of under-promising and over-delivering. Often, we are able to complete a ring within 3-4 weeks, and in certain urgent situations, we can expedite the process to as little as 2 weeks (we've even made a simple solitaire happen in 3 days). Our status as concierge jewelers, bolstered by a lifetime of experience, enables us to meet seemingly impossible deadlines. However, to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail, we ideally recommend allowing a 4-6 week timeframe for the creation of your ring.
Yes. We are pleased to inform you that we offer complimentary valet services to enhance your experience with us. Upon your arrival at The Crescent, you will be warmly greeted by a professional valet driver who will take care of parking your vehicle. For your convenience, please make sure to use the Business Tower valet service, as we are unable to provide validation through the Hotel valet.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that there is limited free retail parking available should you prefer this option.
